Party Planning Details

Age group	3 – 11 years. Parties for older children can be accommodated as well. Please arrange with GHNS booking agent.
Party Times	Saturday:  10:00 am - 1:00 am or 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Sunday:  3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Weekdays:  3:00 – 6:00pm (times during vacation periods may vary)
Duration	3 hours is allotted for your festivities including 15 minutes before and after the party for set-up and clean-up activities.
Group Size	For 3 – 5 year olds:  Up to 18 Kids + 1 adult allowed with each child. For 6 – 11 year olds:  Up to 25 Kids + up to 5 chaperone adults.

How Can I book?

Birthday parties are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve the site. After checking availability with the GHNS booking agent, please present the requisite agreement along with this deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For a full refund of your party fee, cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the GHNS booking agent no later than 10 days in advance.
